PIZZA HUT OFFERS FREE PIZZAS AS PART OF SECOND ANNUAL HOLIDAY COAT DRIVE

Effort ending 12/19 will benefit the New Orleans Mission and local homeless population

(New Orleans) – Nine Pizza Hut locations in Greater New Orleans are offering one (1) free pizza per customer who donates a new or gently worn coat as part of its second annual holiday coat drive. This year’s coat drive will benefit the New Orleans Mission, the city’s oldest private service provider for the homeless. Coat collection and the free pizza offer will run from now until Thursday, December 19th at participating locations.

Anyone who brings a coat to one of the nine Pizza Hut locations operated by Horizon River Restaurants will be offered a free medium, one-topping pizza of their choice in exchange for their donation, limited to one pizza per customer per day.

On Friday December 20th from 2-3 p.m. Pizza Hut will deliver all the donated coats to the New Orleans Mission, along with 50 free pizzas. Last year Pizza Hut collected over 500 coats to benefit Covenant Church in Destrehan, Louisiana.
